TARA L. EUBANKS graduated Seattle University Law School in 2003 and has since practiced law representing plaintiffs in injury cases.
She is an invited speaker for WSAJ CLE seminars and is a contributing author to the Washington State Association for Justice Automobile Accident Litigation Deskbook.
Among her accolades, Tara received the first WSTLA/WSAJ "Ready to Soar" award in 2008 and has been deemed a "Rising Star" by Washington Law and Politics magazine for the past three years.

DEBRA WATT is a paralegal at the Law Offices of John Budlong.  She has worked with John Budlong since 1988 in personal injury litigation and has worked on more than 15 trials.  Deb was graduated from University of Washington in 1984 and lives with her family in Seattle.
JOHN BUDLONG is a civil justice attorney who has tried and settled significant medical malpractice, product, seaman, workplace, auto and insurance lawsuits against major defendants and insurers.  He practices law according to the highest legal and ethical standards in civil cases involving misconduct and true negligence.
